The Advocate has been the newspaper of the Diocese of Lexington for about 40 years. At one time a monthly publication, with the rising cost of printing and the shrinking diocesan budget the Advocate became a quarterly publication. In 2011, only two issues of the Advocate have been produced. News updates continue to made in the weekly email newsletter, the DioLex Link, and on the website.
